It is a new home design building language with a Mannerist Architectural Touch. It is a house design with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.The floor area is 1700 sqft including balconies. .
This design is also a very convenient design since you can add or remove many features to the design including rooms, balconies, bathrooms and so on before starting construction.
Further the design itself is very convenient like some of my previous posts due to the well-sized openings for natural lighting, spacious garage, balconies, less complex details for construction and maintenance.
This house can be built for an approximate cost of LKR 7.0 Million in Sri Lanka and the cost may change depending on your finishes.

Do you need a modification to this house design?
No Problem, I can do it.
Do you need a Cost Estimation for Construction?
No Problem, I can do it for a fee of Rs. 8,000/- and you can send it to your contractors and negotiate.
Do you need a contractor to build your home in Sri Lanka?
I will give you a list of reliable contractors for FREE. You can handover the above estimation to them and ask for quotes. Then with the quotes, you may interview them and select a one. The cost of construction should NOT exceed the cost that is mentioned in the above 3D.
Remember, asking prices from contractors with out a design and a cost estimation is always a bad idea. When it goes wrong, they will always say that they never had a a proper estimate to quote accurately. They are correct and you are helpless in such situations. Therefore, always get your design and cost estimation before talking to contractors.
